Festivals can be celebrated annually. There are so many kinds of festivals some are festivals about their product. But can festivals be still possible to celebrate at this time?  Festivals can be challenging to celebrate at this kind of situation, we do not know what's coming. Some unexpected happenings can happen, because we are fighting an enemy that we cannot see. We can say that it is here but we cannot say where it is. However, some of the festivals are still celebrated during this time but not in the same way, and it has changed a lot. They remove some events that can cause gatherings. Kannawidan, the festival of Ilocos Sur. It is held at the heritage city of Vigan from january 28 to february 17. They still make it to still celebrate

Pandemic came to change our life. How did the celebration of fiesta conducted? Did they still keep it celebrated? There are a lot of ways to do in order to celebrate. Fiesta can be done or celebrated annually. We can make way to still celebrate. But safety should be our priority. We cannot celebrate with many people that mass gathering is not allowed. Vigan City fiesta was celebrated annually, during the month of january in the 25th day. In this year, it is a lot different. Some didn't celebrate it and some did it. Some of the celebration or event were cancelled such as the street dancing, parade, and others. They didn't do it because of the situation we're in right now, which is the Covid-19 pandemic. Safety is the most important. But the pandemic didn't stop some of the celeb
