Festivals can be celebrated around the globe. Festivals can be celebrated annually. There are so many kinds of festivals some are festivals about their product. But can festivals be still possible to celebrate at this time? 

Festivals can be challenging to celebrate at this kind of situation, we do not know what's coming. Some unexpected happenings can happen, because we are fighting an enemy that we cannot see. We can say that it is here but we cannot say where it is. However, some of the festivals are still celebrated during this time but not in the same way, and it has changed a lot. They remove some events that can cause gatherings.

Kannawidan, the festival of Ilocos Sur. It is held at the heritage city of Vigan from january 28 to february 17. They still make it to still celebrate it but not in the same way. It is so challenging to celebrate, that they need to do some plan before celebrating it to avoid the spreading of the virus. Trade fair, and saniata is the only event that celebrated. We can go to the trade fair, but we need to follow the protocols like wearing face mask and social distancing. While we can watch saniata through live on our screen.

We can say that festivals can be celebrated during pandemic, but there are a lot of changes. The tradional way is a lot enjoyable but safety should be our priority. There are still a lot of time, there still next year.
